  • Fractional HR gives organizations access to experienced HR leadership at a predictable flat monthly rate—without the cost or long-term commitment of a full-time hire. Each tier provides a clearly defined scope of support and includes dedicated in-office time.

    Onboarding Evolution
    All plans include an Onboarding Evolution designed to set the foundation for a successful partnership. This process is always tailored to each client’s needs, but for Core, Enhanced, and Full Support it typically involves a period of regular in-office presence over the course of a couple of weeks. This allows us to understand your people, culture, and workflows firsthand so we can support you more effectively from day one.

    Starter Support
    A great fit if you need reliable HR guidance without a heavy weekly commitment. This tier includes on-call support, compliance check-ins, policy touch-ups, light recruiting help, monthly leadership conversations, and a small onsite presence.

    Core Support
    Ideal for teams that want more consistent, hands-on partnership. You’ll get weekly onsite time, support with employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, HR metrics, policy updates, culture initiatives, and priority communication.

    Enhanced Support
    Designed for growing organizations that need both operational support and program development. This tier includes everything in Core, plus help building performance programs, compensation frameworks, manager coaching, HRIS support, quarterly workshops, full-cycle recruiting assistance, and culture/values rollout.

    Full Support
    Our most comprehensive offering—perfect for companies that want an embedded HR leader without hiring full-time. It includes all Enhanced features along with a full annual HR audit, deeper culture work, retention and engagement strategy, strategic people planning, department-level coaching, and full ownership of HR processes and documentation.
